Gabrielle Donnelly (Associate)

Gabrielle is an accomplished researcher, facilitator, team leader, trainer, project manager and consultant with a particular focus on community, economic and international development. Her range of experience spans local, provincial and international governments, non-governmental organizations, universities, health providers and the private sector.

She is trained and experienced in the use of evaluation models tailored to social innovation projects such as Outcome Mapping and Developmental Evaluation, and is skilled in the use of a variety of facilitation techniques and processes such as World Café, the Art of Hosting, Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space, and Human Systems Dynamics.

As associate consultant for Collective Wisdom Solutions she undertakes research and analysis, facilitates client sessions, delivers client presentations and provides project management support for various client engagements.

Her international in-country experience includes Ethiopia, Rwanda and Uganda. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Certificate in Globalization and Governance from the University of Alberta, and a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from Dalhousie University, Halifax, NS.
