Brenda Haley (Associate)

A results-oriented consultant with demonstrated experience and expertise in planning, managing and implementing short-term and multi-year projects and programs in the public and private sectors. A creative, analytical thinker with business savvy, she has contributed to successful new partnerships, business strategies and multi-stakeholder initiatives across a variety of sectors.

Her background includes senior roles in the Nova Scotia Government and with the Council of Atlantic Premiers. Her private sector experience includes working with a worldwide information technology services company and with one of Canada's largest business-solutions companies. She has completed numerous consulting projects, both independently and as an associate, in a variety of sectors including information technology, trade, transportation, defense and aerospace, environment, oil and gas, and public sector.

Her credentials include: a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University, NL; a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Queen's University, Kingston, ON; a Certificate in Advanced ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System Implementation and Management from Dalhousie University; Survey Methods and Questionnaire Design (Statistics Canada); Project Management Professional (PMP) Study Preparation; currently working toward the Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) designation.
